Here are the answers to the questions our customers ask most often.

Will my readers need to download special software to view my Perpetual Publishers?
No... Perpetual Publishers take commonly made PDF files and turn them into actual Flash images. As such, only flash is required in order to view the pages. This software is commonly used on internet-ready computers. 

Can I change/ amend my digital edition once it goes live?
Yes, you simply change the page at no cost. Fast. Easy. You are in control.

Why do you host my digital editions?
We cannot guarantee security, page delivery speeds and up-time if our digital editions are not hosted by us. There's also a risk of crashing smaller servers if your publication receives a large volume of traffic. In addition, the software is upgraded from time to time. This is a seamless operation on our servers but potentially problematic if hosting is outside our control.

If I do a Google Search, will it find my document?
YES this feature can be turned off and on, some businesses may not want certain documents to be indexed by Google.

If I buy pages, do I really get to use them over and over again forever?
YES, you pay one time and you control leaving or replacing them.

Is there a limit to the number of Web site addresses I can hot link?
NO

Is there a limit to the number of videos (and/or file size) I can embed?
NO

Can I capture individual metrics; ie, how many hits I get per each hot link?
Yes, like Google analytics you will know how many hits and a comprehensive report is generated.

How much time does it take to learn how to convert my PDF to Perpetual Publishers pages? What documentation do I receive? Brochure? Online training? CD?
The PDF is converted instantly including hot linking web URLs and email addresses. The back-end offers extensive help and yes, we provide on-line training as well as a Client login section with tutorials.

What if I prefer you make the pages myself – is this an option? If so, how much would this cost me?
Content is to be provided by the customer, we only sell pages and provide technical support. We will train you to "self-publish". We have the most user friendly online back office in the industry.
